    Most of my videos are actors talking about my site, like reviews
    Also dialogues between actors to tell viewers the benefits of my site.

    This particular method is also generating traffic for us. I have learned that the description is VERY important. I see people often spam it to death with keywords, and they get high rankings, fast BUT Youtube does suspend accounts for spam .

    Spamming is never good. Imagine someone is spamming your site, you won't be happy.
    If you can promote your site on You Tube within their guidelines, Then you won't have any problem with it. I am running my videos on Youtube and making thousands of pounds from there every month but I never spammed Youtube, Always abide by their guidelines.

    Well I only spent $350 on YouTube, and so far that strategy is so successful for me that I can say that I earn more than $4000 only from You Tube traffic

    True, One thing to note is to use proper keywords in your video title and also to make sure that you have your site's click able url in the description.

    One thing I realised is that not a lot of people use YouTube or Videos to help market and bring in traffic to their website. I personally used YouTube and have found great success and whenever I start a new website I use video marketing as one of my main marketing tehniques along side SEO, FB and Twitter.
