There is a lot of bullshit on this board, but with this one I can see happening. But not in that short of time.

 

Omg thats hilarious. But this method could be modified so that it wouldn't be so blackhat. Instead of redirecting to a porn site (I am still cracking up about that), it could redirect to a site that sells a products that somehow related to the keywords.
