    If you have quelity site than you can get your ads placed on the top of the google adword.

    If you wanna get your ads placed on the top than u may have to pay more cost for that

    High click through ads will have a high quality score and ranking..so try to mprove your ctr..:)

    get a high ctr and give a high bid ,if yr ads is on the left ,the cpc may be lower than the right

    Exactly you need to get and maintain a high click through rate. That is the most important factor in getting keeping your ads on top.

    If a competitor comes along, you've got to battle them, but you can do it. Analyze what they're doing and make your ads better.
