    From what they told me it's still in the beta stag and they are not accepting any more new members

    Yahoo publisher network has been in Beta for more than a year. With all their financial woes I doubt they'll ever come out. Although I'd like to be proven wrong. I am US based and applied for the Beta but I never heard back from them.
