If you want increase your website PR, you need to make high PR backlinks with quality, means backlinks should be do-follow and place on related theme.

 

After the new algorithm of google you can get page rank by only Unique content.Add your site to directories and do blog commenting and forum posting but main thing is content make your content orignal.

 

Quality and relevant links are the operative term here. Try exchanging links with high PR sites and blogs. That method will surely boost your PR, but it's difficult.
