thanks - they're usually easy to pick out a mile away.

I also smelled the scam from the beginning, but I wanted to see how far is he trying to get to convince me. You've seen he almost begged me to send my address. What a loser... I have to make a general cleaning into all the ads. I thought I'm done with the pakistan spammers, now I have nigerians, cameroonians, philippinians and indians to... avoid.

By the way, where can I find a valid updated IP database for these countries? I'd like to ban them all.

    Thanks!

I am really getting tired with all these nigerian scammers and their BS... loserss

You can usually smell these guys from a mile away but I guess some people are still not aware of them... That's why these scams keep going on and on :/

Thank you for your positive feedback,

I'm already looking to improve some security and make visible warning notes to genuine advertisers or buyers. I will also display a flag of poster's country. Usually that's the most relevant thing you need to know in order to trust or avoid/report a poster.

I partially agree. There was a joke... "I don't need fu*k, the Govt fu*ks me every day!" It's true. I am a romanian freelancer working in the UK now, for a business english man. I started on rentacoder few yrs ago, I did a good job for this guy and now we're sort of partners.

Romania is also a poor country, maybe the poorest in Europe (after Republic of Moldova). But I have never tried to scam or cheat or mislead someone on the internet. I am using the Internet since 2000, I was 17, started to make websites as a hobby. Now I'm here, working for real money.

In my oppinion, there is no difference between nigerian, kenyan, or any african and me. It's only the skin color, which really doesn't matter. Beyond that it's the education and conscience. That's what many people have... NOT.

I don't have anything with these africans, but when most of their internet activity is to cheat and scam, that is also my problem and, as a good citizen, I am trying to warn and help fight against their achievments.
