    get mass amount of quality links with your anchor text in them from a bunch of relevant sites couldn't be easier

    your title tag and the closer a keyword is to the top of a page the better so "Offshore Development Center" is better to have on line 10 of your source code then line 20.

    Yahoo is considering the presence of keywords in your domain of high importance. If you have the right domain name and some thousands of backlinks with the proper anchor, you're most likely in the top.
