    Hi all,
I started with new website and after couple days of nice ranking, my website disappeared from Google. Only way that i could find him was to type exactly domain name. That was a clear signs that my website as marked with Sandbox effect.
Yesterday, after 7 days of my work he was out and I will share with all what I did.
To be honest I am not sure what was the most important but I know what i did so far.
    Lets start:
1.I sign in to google webmaster central. I tried to verify my website but it was impossible like he don't exist. After that i go to Google guidelines and checked all rules 1 by 1. After I was sure that my website is "clear" I go on form to ask for re-validation of my website with message that I checked everything on my website and that I think all is by the Google rules. That Reconsideration request was 5/28/10.
2.I continue to optimize website.I was on many forums with topic of my website services and I put many nice comments and answers, also I did that with blogs in the same time. For around 7 days I get around 100 links for my website.
3.I submitted my website to dmoz directory before sandbox effect happened and I was lucky that my website is accepted.
4.At 07/06/10 I create sub-directory to my website where I set up a wordpress blog with nice tutorials of my services (so to be clear www.mywebsite.com/blog/). Everyone know that Google scan blogs faster then anything else.
5.08/06/10 I received an answer from Google Webmaster operators:
We received a request from a site owner to reconsider how we index the following site: http://www.mywebsite.com/.

We've now reviewed your site. When we review a site, we check to see if it's in violation of our Webmaster Guidelines. If we don't find any problems, we'll reconsider our indexing of your site. If your site still doesn't appear in our search results, check our Help Center for steps you can take.

At 10th June my website was in Google searches and I start to received visits :)

I hope that I was clear enough. For any help please do not hesitate to contact me via PM. If I can help you I will do that gladly.
    Cheers

Huh, glad that it worked for you. I have added in reconsider request to my Google Webmasters Account and I'll see what type of response that I get with it. I've been in the sandbox since last October (that's 10 months folks) for high-competition keywords. I'm listed in the top-10 on Bing and Yahoo for dozens of keywords, ZERO for Google, we'll see what the Google reconsider request does.
