How I get keywords from website?

Hello,

I want to promote one site on my adwords campaign so i'm wondering how to get the best and most usable keywords from web site? Is there any online program or maybe offline (like Market Samurai?).

Google Keyword tool and discovery tool is what I use.

 

Google keywords tool would do the most of your research work...but ill suggest use common sense as well..
