Your question is misleading and vague.... What do you mean by "you can't get"? Are you having problem with address and can't receive it there or what? Are you having different account name? Please be clear...

check your adsense account make sure the address is correct because you said you buy, right. somtimes seller not change the address if you check the address already, click resend PIN waiting in 2 weeks

Hey friend, You bought ad-sense account !!! Its against Google ad-sense policy. Any way you pin will be delivered in 15-25 days. I'm also from India and I got my pin in 15 days(I wen to post office and searched in all big bundles, then I got my pin ), while some of my friends got it in 21 days also. Go to your Regional post office and search within the bundles, Not found then wait for 30 days from the PIN release date. Google will send pin three times if you not get it in first attempt. Use all three chances and till you didn't got pin, then adsense team will ask you for your PAN number. If you don't have this then your payment will be put on hold.
