how i get good wordpress template for banners and Ads ?

the template should be easy to customize and navigate, not to much difficult with codes,

In general every theme that is not using a framework is easy and fast to modify if you know what you are doing. But you can also find lot's of themes on the net that provide options to enter banner codes in the backend without touching the code.
