I go to Google and search "pending links" "todays links" No need to visit each site, in the search results you will see something like ths: Pending Links: 444; Todays Links: 1 (your link will be reviewed after 444 days) Pending Links: 516. Todays Links: 58 (your link will be reviewed after 10 days)
IMHO, if you are submitting to directories in general, just hit the entire list! This will give you the fast ones fast, and the slow ones slow... this spreads things out allowing for potentially new links daily from now till whenever they are all added. But if you are in the market for faster submissions, then yeah, this sounds like a good idea...
some of the free directory accept the link in 2-3 days, so no worried about the approval. you need to find more directory to get higher return from that.
I submitted one of my sites to a directory a few hours ago and have received an email that it was approved LOL
So, how come you come up on the number of days to wait before a submission will be approve? Do you look at the number of "pending links" over the number of "today's link"?
The stats are taken as average values...suppose there are x links submitted every day...and average pending links are 10x...then it means, moderator approves/ rejects links after (10x divided by x) i.e 10 days! Btw, OP deserves green
