The problem with most people, they don't have patient & not willing to work harder. Adsense is not about quick money more of a longevity and side income especially if you're too busy with your 9-to-5 job. Most problogger don't depend solely on Adsense but also from other income stream. For most people $280 might not mean much but I promise you, if the thread starter continue doing this, he'll reach few thousand in couple of years. Kudos to him!
nice suggestion so now i know back links will helps us for getting traffic and getting automated earning also ...
Adsense does take some patience, but I'm loving the passive income it brings in. I do MicroNiche sites, so it's a bit different from your style.
Nice development ! Many people miss the importance of patience regarding AdSense revenue. Keep up the good work !
I was having 300 unique visitors from russia+ukraine (!). 40-70 clicks (1-3 cents from each) and 1$ per day. Try to move your blocks to another place like in center of a page, play with palatte , etc..
Firstly, I'm sorry because I didn't write here before, I was very busy. About my visits, I have around 70,000 visits monthly (summing all blogs and websites), but almost all of them are from three or four blogs. And those four blogs are in Portuguese language, what explains why I'm not making more money for while. And yeah, I know it isn't new - other guys already wrote about similar things... But I keep seeing other members complaining they aren't getting to earn money - for God, it works for me and several other guys, so it'll work for you too!
Everything is possible if you really have a determination to reach your goal. Earning high on adsense is quit hard but you can do this if you are willing to invest your time to promote your site to gain more organic traffic.
Firstly, thanks for your willingness to share your success with us. How nice it is that your spouse is helping out with the effort Anyways, just giving my .5 cent opinion on your list. I'm facing Pareto's law with my sites too However, I continue to develop content into those blogs, mainly because by monitoring long tail keywords going into those popular pages, I can develop similar content that would hopefully increase my SE site relevancy on those similar keywords (that's my theory anyway). Also, I like the idea of sub-blogs for backlinking... haven't ever really thought of that. You have a point, though, about subblogs having low PRs. All the best on your AdSense endeavor!
Adsense definitely takes some patience to get up and running. One thing you could do to generate quick short-term cash is to sell some of your Adsense sites on flippa. I know of many people who have been successfully selling their adsense sites there for between 7-12 X monthly earnings. Since these sites are pretty inexpensive to set up (pretty much just hosting + domain costs), you could set up a few of these each month, and flip some when they start earning $100 a month or more. Just an idea if you need some quick cashflow!
After reading your post, I start to have some hope in my future adsense income. It takes you 2 years to reach your current stage. I hope I can follow your step.
Yeah, I continue writing content for my main blogs too, of course! If you don't write, Google starts to see it as "out-to-dated", so you need keep some updating there. And yeah, I write trying to create more inner links, as well testing new long tail keywords related to other keywords. But I have focused in sub-blogs, in order to get backlinks. And about low PRs... They are low PR today, but in two or three monthes, when they have enough content, some of them will start to have some PR, so their backlinks will be have more importance, do you agree?
