How i do guest blog posting and how can i find guest blogs?

I hear that guest blog posting is a good way for link building. So i want to know about it. If you have any idea please share with me. Such as how can i find guest blogs and after that how i post it?

Write a good Author Bio
Write a punching Post
Attach Images In The Posts

Using blog site and other site like hub pages,squido etc.

 

Hi..

First search for the niche blogs on Google which allows the guest posts.
Make the list of such blogs.
Now send them the unique and relevant content blog post with pictures and maximum of 2 links.
Just wait for one week.
Many of them will approve your blog post.
If any blog do not approve your blog post then remove that blog from your list.
Carry on these steps and maintain records in excel sheet.
