how i check paypal membership status of reciever?

    i want to send some one a few $ but as i dont trust him i wanna check how old is his account and does his account verified or not!
    can some one give me that link?
    there was a link which you could check before sending money i need that !!

    If you have trust with him then you can send money otherwise forget it.
