How i change my paypal currency?

    i have $ paypal and i need to pay GBP to a website which it just accept paypal balance from
    GBP members,does any one know how i change currency of inside it from USD TO GBP?
    **i dont want to send money to some one ,i need send money to site & need the inside exchanging cause i want to pay with GBP**
