How i can verify my paypal account?

hey guys...can anyone please tell me how i can verify my paypal account?
i heard about VCC...but i have no idea who can give me that.

 

Add ur credit card and verify. VCC sales are not allowed here,so google it.

to obtain vcc, google for vcc selling communities
there are few community/forum owners in here who allows it

because vcc links and sales are prohibited here

you have to buy Virtual Credit Card, PP accept it as credit card

Go to www.paypal.com and sign up, u need CC or VCC to verify your account, u can also verify with bank account if you are from US.

 

C'mon guys, don't encourage people to use VCCs.

You can legally do it by adding a CC or bank account.
