    Smells like fraud to me.

    Dmoz doesn't (and should never) take into account Google PR when reviewing a listing. There is no minimum PR level to be included.

    Hi All, I hope this thread gives the answer of my question.. I'm also submitted my site in Dmoz.org long back it's near 1 or 1and half year ago, but still it's not approved my listing.. can I submit one more time or i can wait some more time.. Plz give your valuable feedback...
