how i can start my blog

what step i should taken for starting my own blog .
1- wht kind of hositng
2- from where i will get free layout. and if i have my own layout how i can doit

I you want use wordpress blogging software you must get a php, Mysql hosting account. If you are a beginner 200 Mb of webspace will be enough.

Most of the php Mysql hosting comes with Cpanel and fantastico, if you buy a cpanel hosting account with fatastico you can install wordpress, in cpanel.

Install the wordpress on cpanel, then you can add articles through website admin panel. For more information please read the wordpress manuals.

You can buy tons of layouts known as "wordpress templates". do a goolge for it.
