How I can out from spam.. please help me

    Hello to all

    I am facing a big problem.. i have 10 website, few months ago they are in ranking but now from 2 months they all are running on 22 to 25 pages.....:(

    i am very disturb...please help me.. i changed their title, meta and descriptions and content etc and design also... but i am not getting benefit from it.

    Please Help me..

    If the site was ranking well all these days, whats the need to change the content?
    Try to grab a full understanding of On-page SEO before you make any change to your website.

    I would suggest you to add more quality content regularly and use white-hat SEO techniques to improve your ranking.

    And finally, exposing your email in public forums threads is like inviting unwanted trouble.

    will you tell me something more about On page Seo.....?? yes i will change content 2mro.. those things which i know i applied on it but no more.
