There's no need for that. It doesn't speed the process up; it consumes editorial resources and you run the risk of being declared a spammer. I urge you to cease.

How do you think any directory (not just DMOZ) should treat those who can not follow the guidelines they agree to when the suggest a site? Why did you submit more than once?

When you are deciding on the major search engine directories that you want your website to be listed in, you should not overlook one of the most important ones: the DMOZ (short form for Directory Mozilla). DMOZ is just another name for the Open Directory Project, one of the human-powered submission directories.

Google and most search directories used to rank listings in DMOZ very high but that has partly changed over the years which took the emphasis away from the directory.I'm not so sure there are that many reviewers anymore who are available to check the postings? So with no one reviewing, nothing gets listed?

There is nothing you can do exactly to be immediately and surely listed in DMOZ since the editors of the directory receive too many approval request that there is little chance to be immediately approved.

I submitted my blog a number of times, but there was no approval! Almost 20 times in past 3 years. :(

There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.
You might have been shooting yourself in the foot all this time. You might even have been banned for spamming.

There's your mistake. Just submit once and then forget about it.
