There are many lists for sale and freely available on this forum, a simple search will find them.

However, if your site is brand new, there is a good chance these "high paying keywords" won't be so high paying for you, as there's a good chance you will either get "sandboxed" have a low quality score, or be deemed that your site is MFA and many advertisers may add your site to ignore lists.
