How i can get Deleted folder...?

Hello Friends,
I have deleted a folder from my "D" drive with shift+delete. It have very urgent work so pls anyone tell me how i can get my folder back without using recovery software.
Someone tell me that in go to Run and type some word you can get all deleted file but he forgot what was the name of this.

If anyone know pls help me..
