How I can get a job in Microsoft as Software Engineer or technician?

    I am studying in 11th std and my ambition is to work for Microsoft.How I can get a job in Microsoft as Engineer or jobs based on Technical Knowledge?What I should do after my 12th std?Is there any1 working in Microsoft or those who have ideas about this please help me.

    Does you school have a careers day where you get to shadow a professional for a day?
    Even if they don't if you put an appropriate application to your Dean I'm sure they will find a way for you to get in the door at your local Microsoft office.
    Ring up and make an appointment with their HR people to talk about the qualifications you are going to need for the kind of role you would be interested in. It might be as simple as doing a 1 year course to get the basic microsoft qualifications or you may need a degree or even a masters depending on your ambitions.

    I would be very surprised if you get a job without any qualifications at all - they do train their staff but I'd think they'd look for some skills from day 1.

    I have a friend currently working at Microsoft US (and I have also worked at some major corporations), graduating from a good university would certainly help.. You will need to show them something really cool, otherwise I think you may find it difficult.

    I had a friend who worked for MS... it was not easy to get in...had a few interviews actually... unfortunately, with the current economy, I am afraid it's probably harder now... I wish you the best of luck... I would attend the career seminars at school and keep applying online for MS... it'd not hurt to find a contact, perhaps someone who graduated from your school and works in MS.

    You need to get an internship here or maybe in competitors network. once you get there you need to work hard and will get the results
