How I can find Local twitter followers

    I need to improve my local followers, e.g. I am looking followers from Singapore.

    How I can improve it?

    click on "search twitter" put in the box find: Singapore

    Sorry it isn't working for you, not sure why though. If you click on "find people", "find on twitter", then type in "find: Singapore" it brings up Singapore results.

    1) You can tweet your message with keyword #singapore and let other twitter followers to follow you
    2) Add AirAsiaSG, GreatDealsSG and so on to your account and reply their tweet with your own message (I think this is another way to increase your local followers)

    Try Followerwonk and click on search options. Enter Singapore in location and you will find what you're looking for. If you want to be more specific you can also search bios to narrow down your results.

    Here is one way to find local twitter users in your area.The TwellowHood is a local directory of Twitter users from the site Twellow. Twellow is a sort of yellow pages directory for Twitter, allowing you to search for Twitter users by topic or name. The TwellowHood is a reverse location look up for the greater Twellow directory that lets you drill down into your town or city and find local Twitter users.

    The site is very simple to use, just click on the map to zoom into your area and browse the list of local tweeters. The site even lets you view recent tweets and follow new users directly from their Twellow listing page.

    You should have to search with # tag in front of your keywords and also make sure that you are using # tag with your keywords in your tweets. This will help you to attract followers for targeted keyword or country...
