The first question you should ask is not how to make more money but how you can make your blog better. Adsense is no quick money, it requires time and effort.

Your traffic can have many resources, from search engine (organic traffic) to link exchange up to buying advertising spots (is it links or banner advertising). You just need to pay attention where you advertise tho, the best sites to advertise are the ones that have a relative content similar to yours or at least speak on the same subject. For example, advertising a web hosting company best would be on web master forums...etc, if you get the idea. Now, to gain some traffic it might not be that easy (but in some cases is really easy, depends on the niche of your site), to keep those users and give them something that will make them come back to your site might be the difficult part.
