The search query "link:your URL name" shows links.
If you want to find links to your URL but not the links on your own site... then type link:url -site:url

If you want to get list of all urls of your site you can use:

Gsitecrawler used for generating XML Sitemap.
PaRaMeter from cleverstat.com (used for checking PR of all internal pages along with main page of a site) that will give you not only your website URL list but also PR associated with them.

But if you are looking to get report for a single url of your website and want to know where it is linked internally on your website, then login to your Google Webmaster Tool Account. Then follow this under your account:
Your site on the web>>Internal links and you will get which pages are linking to your single internal page. This will not be accurate data as it all depends upon Google.
