How i can block english countries by htaccess without blocking Google ?

Hello,

I want to block all english countries as well as USA to my website. But i don't want to block my best friend Google as i want to get customers from French speaking countries only.

Any idea on how i can do this ?

try block the http header about language, or the agent header include en etc, however, very risky

ban IP is more efficient, but US has a very large amount of IP range
