    I want to know, how I can backup and restore database MS SQL Server 2005?

    backup and restore database ?
    what you need to do excatly ? to do backup and restore from the sql server engine ? or from programming language ?

    Connect to server, right-click on database name, select 'tasks', select 'back up'.
    You probably want to select backup to FILE instead of device.

    Or press F1 for help, select 'back up' and it will explain everything.
