how i can attract visitors to a new forum ? i want to know also how you pay your forum posters ? i mean each you pay to your writers each 100 post or something like this ? and how you find good posters that increase your visitors?
A forum is no different than any other site. If you want to attract (and retain) visitors, you simply need to have something unique (that people want) that other sites don't have.

Hi John, Some advertising methods: SEO, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Facebook page & Twitter page (linked to your forum). It is important to have good content and a forum with activity with recent posts. Any newly found reader will only join if they see there are others interacting etc. Also submit your forum to directories. When was the last time you ended up on a site, and then returned after that because they had a "quality article"?
what do you mean ? usually i return to those sites update each day with good content , or they provide good service
