    A couple of good points made here - good article on linkbaiting tho - it's something that I've not given enough attention before :)

    As to Mad4's comments I think that it's worth highlighting how well techy articles used to do on Digg - in my (limited) experience Digg is moving away from it's predominantly technical niche...

    A good point on not putting too many ads on your site until it's taken off - newbies to your site will be turned off very quickly and almost certainly won't return.
