I dont understand how this works either.. say if I have all the websites I want to promote in my stubmleupon RSS feed - will it mean that all of these sites get an extra backlink?

 

Ive used and the backlinks have shown up but they are no follow! I double checked on backlink watch and it does show NO to follow backlinks!
