    Don't use any tools to build back links it will create some serious trouble to you just search in google for some quality bookmarking sites and build link manually.

    I use a semi-automated directory submission tool. It is free and easy to use, it's an online tool in another forum known as IM talk. You have to register in the forum before you can use the tool. You can search in Google for IM talk and you will get it.
