how i avoid afraid

    hai
    iam finishing BTech..how can i avoid afraid...if i afraid means i can't talk anything..my hand and leg foot become cool..then iam start to crying..my heat pulse also increase..In a GD or meeting (above 6 or 10)means i can't do anything..next week i have one seminar..plz tel me..how i can i avoid it...

    increase your knowledge.. when someone is full of knowledge then he has confidence.. also believe in your self.. create self confidence.. you are not doing anything wrong for which you are afraid.. also as "dairyman" said contact some counselor..

    Try talking to the mirror.
    Talk loudly to yourself in the mirror. and then slowly you will gain confidence.

    People wont kill you if you speak. Try to make friends with new people, try talking to strangers without knowing or asking them as to who they are. Hang around with girls and then with the friends of those girls. The more you socialize the less afraid you would be.

    Social anxiety is a very common problem. You might check with your doctor and they can give you some pills that really help. I have an emergency pill the doctors gave me a few years ago when a panic attack sent me to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. I don't need them very often but when I do, they are a god send.

    Its just a matter of having confidence and trust yourself. Or the best way to overcome your fear is to face it.
