Awesome post. Thanks for the information. I've used Amazon affiliate program myself in the past and was quite successful. Not in the $500 range but on low $100. I have gained a few valuable information off this post!

I have a site thats selling electronics but many people i know would go to Amazon because they guarantee return policy based on A-Z policy. You can actually return the product within 60 after u used it based on that rules.

Nice. but without any ptc i dont think you can make any sales. Also the your site needs to be a great to buy any items from there.

Are there any other good ways to promote Amazon Products? I ask this question because I wonder what's diffierence between Amazon Associate program between other affiliate programs.If I have a website which has a lot of traffic every month,I will not promote amazon products definitly,I will use other affiliate programs such as Clickbank to earn cash because it is more profitable.

 

I have found zero success with this program, not so much the one advertised, but with Amazon Associates. The cookie length is what kills the program compared with eBay Partner Network. I have created scripts for both and have never made a dime with Amazon.

Actually, I belive since he's using a shopping cart, that those were potentiality buys... he says he gets 1k visits a day, 30k a month. 4000 potential buys a month, because after checkout users redirect to amazon thats a click... and from those 350~ are actual sales.

i also joined amazon associates and still yet to sell anything although i am promoting my links into twitter, all i get is clicks lots of it...i like your tips though but i think selling is really a serious business and takes considerable effort
