That was my very thoughts.. All the information and blogs and videos are old..from early 2008 and before..nothing recent.. However PureDev said there was supposed to big a big upgrade/update last night..then he said today...although I am still waiting for it.
Wow. $500 per month in the real world isn't much but in IM, it seems like a distant star in the sky...
Last night I mentioned that I'm working on some upgrades, I haven't announced it's completion as yet. I'll definitely keep everyone posted. Few of you guys asked for a more recent earnings screen shot, here it goes. I typically post them for people to see what the sites do and have a realistic expectation (not trying to be convincing): My average earnings actually went up since this original thread was created a year ago. I might have to start a new thread to talk about that, lol. thanks, PuReWebDev
Nice to see some updated earnings. Bummed about the upgrade, you first said it was coming last night..then said look for it today... So been waiting to purchase for the upgrade but now it's not actually complete..heh..*sigh* Ah well.. will keep watching..
Anyone else signed up for E4E recently? Curious to see new shops open and hear new testimonies etc. Still watching for the update, soon hopfully!
I myself also signed up for 6 months a while back... since then I cancelled my PayPal subscription since I no longer wanted to renew. But after the 6 months was over I still get an invoice saying its time to renew and I owe another $99.95. I emailed support, opened a ticket and told them I dont want to renew, thats why I cancelled the Paypal subscription but after about 1-2 months, still no response from support. I just want to clear this up, I do no want to renew and I do not owe another $99.95! I just wish support would confirm this instead of ignoring my emails!
So there's clarity, our service is pay as you go, whether you use paypal or credit card. If you need to deactivate your service, you don't need to mail or contact anyone, simply click the "request cancellation" button located inside the client billing area, if you use paypal you can cancel your subscription at will as well. Regarding contacting our support, we pride ourselves in being accessible, and supporting our clients (even when we're not on our site). I'm going to have to disagree with your statement about being inaccessible, we're quite wired in and in touch with our community of users. PuReWebDev
Yeah that is just rude...This person has shared some secrets to making a bit of money and you abuse him for not selling his script... Purewebdev thanks for the great information. I really appreciate it.
Such huge swings in the conversion ratios without proper reason makes one to think whether the order processing through affiliate links of Amazon is technically sound.
Thank you PureWebDev for sharing! For all of us slow pokes, can we summarize a few points? Amazon affiliate site is like having a Clickbank blog, in that you have to do get traffic via article writing, links, social bookmarking, etc. correct?
Yeah, you need a form of traffic. I've found it near impossible to get the kind of cash that is seen in those photographs
Thats what leads me to believe most 'success stories' on DB are fakes, just lures to get u to PM them where they give u their affiliate link to buy their 'secrets' ebook. Too many gullible, desperate folks here.
Thank you. Basically what helped me improve the conversion ratio was lots of enhancements and revisions that I'd done. The sites have gone through several iterations of changes that helped people find what they were looking for, and helped them get more information for the products they were looking for. Generating traffic is definitely important to the overall success of an Amazon Associate campaign, some of the changes that I made in that time period had to do with some of the marketing methods, which helped me to drive more targeted traffic. It's great to get a ton of traffic, but it can mean nothing if it's not the right people. There have been some product updates and price adjustments for the EcommerceForEveryone.com websites. We've re-enabled the $9.99 a month plan. We had been experimenting with pricing and believe that at only $9.99 our E4E Amazon Associate websites will help a very large percentage of people will be able to be profitable with Amazon Associates, quickly, each and every month. thanks, PuReWebDev
