Pretty good article. From reading the furums it seems too many webmasters are only concerned with the PR of the site or page. That doesn't make it a quality link. One more thing to add. Check to make sure the page is not a "Supplimental" page. Right now it may mean 8-10 months between reindexing of the page. That means your link may show on the page for 10 months before Google recashes the page and sees your link. If Google doesn't know about it, there is no value, at least for that seach engine.
