    Like any other site, get links to it.

    However... Blogs have one advantage, they give you an easy way to get the attention of other site owners. If you find a blog or blog post you like, write a blog about it. When checking his backlinks or refferals, sometimes a owner will find, checkout, and link back if you have something of interest to him/her. :)

    To increase PR create a quality content for your site. Build more quality site try to link to a site with a high PR and also related with your site. Good luck

    How come your "recent blog" points to your feed URL, it should be pointing to the main domain :)

    Simply email blog owners in your niché blatantly asking for links or links exchange. You will get some in the end;)
