currently i have 1500, working hard to increase it (keep buying and paying on time, i even pay my friend bill and ask them for cash).

one of my friend got 80,000 credit line for a few different card she used in two years..

how much credit line do you have? (separate cash advance)

    $0 :)
Never had a credit card (I use a VISA debit card), never had credit, never had a loan, never had debt.

I learnt very early on to use cash. And to work with people that pay in cash.

My dad has a AUD $60,000 limit on his AMEX, which scares the crap outta me.

you should get one, if you paid on time, it is same as using cash. but you build up the credit so you can borrow money when you "have to"

It is a GOOD thing to have credit line. It is like extra security, you never know what is going to happen to you tomorrow.

I'm in my mid 30s (crumbs!), and have never had a debt in my life. I pay my bills when I get them, and I buy things when I can afford them. I'm boring and overly sensible :)
Some of my friends are still paying off stupid cars they bought when they were 20. Once it starts, it never ends!
