How hard would it be to update to Vbulletin 4.0

    How hard would it be to update to Vbulletin 4.0

    WHen updates are available..is it easy to make the update?

    If you are running a vanilla version of vBulletin (no template changes, no addons, etc.) it's really easy. Most addons *should* still work in vB4, but they aren't guaranteed to do so. Custom template changes are a different story... for moving from 3.x to 4.x, it's a completely different default style and uses XHTML extensively, and doesn't use tables, etc. So customizations you made to templates in 3.x will need to be redone in 4.x for the most part.
