ive seen this advert in a newspaper:

    Description:

Working for a small but growing company based in ********. We will consider someone with limited experience providing they can prove a strong interest in website development or have some previous experience in website administration. Your role will be to undertake all related activities for the company's website, and also to help out when required with additional duties relating to the development of the company. This part of their business is expanding and we need a new team member to manage daily tasks, such as loading images, providing adequate descriptions of all stock items, updating stock information, checking prices and promotions, optimising search engine hits. There will be considerable daily data entry work.

this isnt the website, but it is layed out like this one:

    http://www.sportsshoes.com/

can someone direct me to a tutorial or just help me out, about how to do the basic stuff thats in the advert.

    Thanks in advance.

The stuff in that advert would be based on what ecommerce software/script they are using. It shouldn't be anything major at all. If you just have to have an example, go look at oscommerce.org and check their demo. Log in as admin and go to the catalog/products section. Odds are their script will have something like that. And they should train. Probably isn't a career building job but might get your feet wet.

Actually scratch that, OSC's demo has admin disabled. Check here instead:
    http://opensourcecms.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=139

Just click Admin Demo and you can look at ZenCart and others from that page as well.

You're going to want to get more info. They may want you to load 200 products a day in a very particular way, making what should be a simple task a pull your hair out type of task.
