How hard to transfer domain to another provider?

Hi there, I lives in Thailand and they charged for domain registration a high fee. I would like to transfer all my domains to international services providers Here is my questions.

1. How hard to transfer from Thailand providers to international providers?
2. Could you recommend a good one for me?

Maybe you can try GoDaddy.com. I just transfered mine last week and it takes 3 days to transfer the site and 5 days to to change the registra information. Fast and reliable service given =))
