    For example if i have website for making logo online
    or
    Website for online mp3 cutter / online ringtone maker

    so this kind of website don't required any content as they are providing only one service
    so how hard to rank this kind of website or keyword like "Online Logo Maker" / "Online Ringtone Maker" / "online mp3 cutter"

    It is hard but there must have some options, like-
    The images on web pages should be optimized perfectly.
    You can create content on - why your "online logo maker" is best, logo making tips, the steps of how you create logo etc.
    You can create internal link among your pages and external link (do follow) to your pages.

    In the home page you need to write atleast few sentences including your keyword. And create a blog in your site and post some articles related to your keywords. Build quality backlinks to home page and as well as inner pages then you will get result.
