how hard to get REMOTE job as programmer?

    not a question of programming per se, but thought this was the best section anyway...

    so, how hard is it to get a job in which you can be wherever the hell you want as long as you're with a connected laptop? i imagine full-time it is hard to find such an offer, but it'd be easier for consulting projects...

    A saying in software engineering goes by that the programmer must know more than the client themselves regarding the job and functions of the programs.
