    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

How google stuff can lie like that??

    from https://www.google.com/adsense/new

"so publishers can be assured that any expanded text ad is a highly <b>competitive,</b> ad.

while for adwords publishers they write
that most paid ad will shown.

how they can lie like that

    and whats that?
"As part of our goal to improve the monetization of your sites,"
    ????!!!! WTF
Its us the people, that make them money by cliking on their ads
and publishers that make more for google then they make for us s

monetization of your sites???!!! Their goal? They monetize it for free for a long time. And eaven made milions of webmaster add their code for bloking their search engine, from crawling pages,

Do you know how many hours or days ware spend just on writing few lines of code, to prevent robots ?? i bet i can be counted in years

They don't show to google advertisers sentences like: google bring more dollars to publishers.
"Bring... dollars"??!! What dollaras lay somthing and google will sniff like dog and bring it? Have you ever "brought" your money to tax office? I think its other way.

" introduce new advertising dollars(!!!!!!!!) into the content network by giving advertisers additional ways to reach their objectives."

INTORDUCE????!!!!!!!! new advertising dollars?????, let me introduce you to mr.fist

After skarying a bunch of webmasters from high ctr, now they lie to them???

"Our technology will automatically display the highest performing ads on your pages."
If you don't know it yet, they will choose ads that advertisers will pay highest CPM.

Bye Gone, competetive ads, welcome higly paid out-of-topic ads.

    Bunch of liers.

I hope advertisers will turn from google to better services.

If you want to stay healthy, stay out from google.

I think its a good thing that Google are expanding the network, there is a big market for CPM ads. I dont see a problem with them displaying the highest paying CPM ad even if it's a bit less relevent than a lower paying ad because they dont pay for clicks, only impressions.

Companies are already paying big money for CPM banner ads which Google don't provide at the moment so if they can get some of those advertisers to spend those dollars with Google it will bring extra revenue for publishers.

Have you been banned from AdSense by any chance?

expanding network is one thing, lieing to webmasters is second, and they do both, i hope that yahoo and msn overperform thad adnoonsens.

    and
"Of course, no one is forcing you to use AdSense..."
that depend on how you define word "forcing"

    Let's see...

MS used to sell DOS and Windows to vendors and have secret pricing and would not disclose how or why they did that, the SEC shut that down.

Now there is the google policy that what they pay is secret and publishers have no idea if we are treated equally or fairly because there is nothing to compare to.

    Same thing?

I don't think most people would consider this lying, just typical marketing hyperbole.

no it doesn't depend on how you define the word. There are plenty of other PPC services out there - use one of those if you don't like adsense.

or find another way altogether to make money. you do have choices

Exactly, if you think AdSense is that bad, simply don't use it.

Another red square with a backwards ass attitude. If you play on the good side of town Google products are the best, most thought out and value packed if you take the time to learn and understand how to use them.

I suggest you take some time to understand what you are dealing with here. Then start using Adsense, AdWords, Alerts, API Search Tool, Froogle...just to mention a few.

Honestly szynka, no offense intended. But you need to learn these products so you can truly benefit from using them

Geez, I don't get some people
