How Google Sees The Footer Credits Of Blogs?

    I just want to know whether Footer Credits of blogs helps in SEO? Any idea about how Google deals with those links? Would they count them as natural back links itself?

    google has been devaluing these types of links for a while now and often sees them as paid links
