Any one suggest me how google search engine works means how google algorithms works on any websites ?

the title, the description, info on ur website, tags(h1 and h2 tags), and inbound and out bound links.

but backlink is most important in SERP

 

google always changes so cants figure out in few workds

 

Well I would say its dynamic in nature, even if you study how it works today , next day or even next minute it might change, they are aggressive in changing their algo so that ppl can't catch them and make a tradition if they stick to same algo all the time
