Google bot don't have much time in one visit to index all pages in any particular website at once.

It takes time, especially if it's a big site.

Make sure it's possible for you to find every page you want indexed by following links throughout your site. If you can't find the page, Google can't either. It also helps to get backlinks to all of your pages.

Other than that, it does take time.

Create a circle of other social sites like squidoo and zimbio (among others) that point to your site. The more backlinks that you get from authority sites (or what google deems as authorities), the quicker your site will get indexed.

Another consideration — try your best to keep all pages no more than two clicks away from your home page.

    My friend
Google is indexing pages only when each and everypage of you site in interlink with each other.

Second thing is that sitemap make it easy for google to crawl you site so
prepare it if you dont have

Third thing is that goolge frequently crawl when your pages have many backlinks and notice your page for the next crawl why so because when google crawls your the webstie which you have linked to yours then google huge number of backlinks allows google to speed the crawl rate.

    Cool Mate

how many pages does your page have in it? just like everyone has already stated, makes sure you have a sitemap, and make sure you get backlinks from authority sites like squidoo, zimbio, digg, etc

i have found that Yahoo answers will pretty much guarantee any site indexed in a few hours. i have seen some faster.

so you can find people's questions that are related ti your niche and answer them with a link to your page. you can do this for all the pages on your site if it's not too big. just be sure to space out your posts to avoid being a spammer.
