How Google find out the main keyword of a content

    Hello guys, I have a question that i am not understanding. How Google find out the main keyword of a content? I think it is very hard to think and is this depend on keyword density?

    1st, i think is the Title, H1,H2,H3,H4,H5 tag and the <b>,<Strong> etc tags.
    2nd, then check the times repeats
    3rd, then check by the Intelligence..
