how google determines page impression how many impressions to serve for a given compaign how is this determined.
Your impressions are determined by (this applies to the Search Network): - Your ad being qualified to be shown - if your ad meets the QS and minimum bid necessary for it to be shown, it may be displayed when a user enters a query that matches one of your keywords - Your ad delivery method - If you choose accelerated delivery, as long as your ads qualify, you will accrue more impressions within a given period of time. Standard delivery means within a particular period your ads will be spread out evenly so you're likely to get less impressions. - Your budget - You choose the amount you are willing to spend per day. Which means you will stop receiving impressions when you accrue enough clicks to cover your budget. If you want more clicks, (or more impressions) and you meet you daily budget constantly, simply increase your budget. Please note that if you have a lot of impressions but a low click-through-rate your ads will cost you more per click. Search Volume - obviously keywords with more queries will get you more impressions.
A page impression is generated every time a user views a page displaying Google ads. We will count one page impression regardless of the number of ads displayed on that page. For example, if you have a page displaying three ad units and it is viewed twice, you will generate two page impressions and six ad unit impressions.
